Gardens in the Shadow of the Wall

Strong Community Roots. Omar, a community based technician for the Palestinian Agricultural Relief Committees (PARC), visits and trains families participating in the Urban Agriculture Project. Organically grown wheat and other cash crops offer a potential revenue source for Gazan farmers, but rely on access to ports of entry in and out of Gaza, which may or may not be part of the unfolding Gaza disengagement plan.
