Since 1983, Grassroots’ work in the Middle East has been focused on strengthening civil society as the foundation for a just peace based on respect for human rights. To accomplish these goals, our Palestinian partners work with Israeli Jewish human rights organizations such as the Israeli Committee Against Home Demolitions (ICAHD) and B’Tselem, and Israeli Arab human rights organizations such as Adalah and Bustan. We are pleased to announce our first on-the-ground partnership with a dynamic agriculture and land-rights partner based in Nazareth, Israel, Ahali.
