Palestine: The West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip

Since 1983 Grassroots has worked to build the foundation for a just peace in the Middle East. Some of our first projects provided humanitarian assistance to Palestinian refugees in southern Lebanon. Today, the core of our Middle East program is in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, where we work with several grassroots organizations offering essential services and advocating for resource rights, specifically access to and control of land, water and food.
